Privacy Policy

1. Information processed by the app

PDF Pro may access the following information only when you choose to use it:

• PDFs, images, and other documents that you select through the Android file picker.
• Edits, annotations, passwords, conversion choices, and other instructions you provide.
• App preferences such as theme, language, colours, save location, and recent-file settings.
• Limited recent-file metadata stored locally to help you reopen files.

2. Data collection and sharing

PDF Pro does not transmit personal data, selected documents, document content, app activity, device identifiers, or diagnostics to PDF Pro or its developer. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

3. File access and on-device processing

Files are accessed only after you select them using Android's system file picker. PDF reading, editing, organizing, conversion, compression, and password protection are performed locally on your device. Completed files are saved to a location you choose or to the device's Downloads area.

4. Sharing files

When you deliberately use a share or open-with action, Android may send the selected output to an app or service you choose. That transfer is initiated and controlled by you. The recipient's privacy policy applies after the file leaves PDF Pro.

5. Permissions

PDF Pro uses Android's system file-selection and document-saving interfaces. It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, call logs, SMS, advertising identifier, or all files on your device.

6. Retention and deletion

App preferences and recent-file information remain on your device until you clear them in PDF Pro, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Output documents remain in the location where you saved them and can be deleted with your device's file manager. PDF Pro has no server account or remote copy to delete.

7. Security

Keeping document processing on-device reduces exposure to remote services. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, your saved files, and any passwords you apply to documents.

8. Children's privacy

PDF Pro is a general-purpose document utility and is not directed specifically to children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PDF Pro's features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
